The Core Facility Centre of CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences (CFC-CEMPS) is a core facility department that offers analytical / imagine instrumentation and services to scientists / researchers both within and outside of SIPPE. The Center is available to users on a 24/7 open-access basis upon completion of instrument training and authorization within the booked online schedule. There are two main facility platforms, Cell Image Analysis technology platform and Metabonomics / Protein Interaction technology platform, are composed of the center as well as the Open-access laboratory. Multiple cutting edge instruments are equipped in the facility includes confocal microscopy, SEM, TEM, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, NMR, and Xray Crystallography etc.

　　The CFC-CEMPS’s objectives are to:

　　Provide instrument-based technical services and Train users (students, researchers, post-doctors …) instrument use

　　Facilitate in the experimental design, method develop, and execution of instruments

　　Assist in data analysis and interpretation

　　The CFC-CEMPS is located at 300 Fenglin Road with several places in the campus which includes 1-2 floors of #2 building, 1st floor of #3 building, and in front of #4 building. Our business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contact us for more information by CFC-SIPPE@sibs.ac.cn.
